Nothing at all is showing on the display
This usually points to the hardware rather than Quiltt. Check that:
The TV is powered on and set to the correct HDMI input — the input must match the port the media player is plugged into.
The media player is powered on. Look for a flickering green and red light on the front of the device.
If it's still blank, cycle the power on the media player. Before turning it back on, make sure the TV is already powered on and set to the correct input.
Quiltt content is showing, but not the Wellness Everywhere video
The display is working, so the issue is in the event or display settings. Check that:
Show on displays has been set in the event. If it was skipped, the video has nowhere to play.
The correct display(s) are selected in the Show on displays settings. Reopen the event and confirm the intended displays are checked.
The selected display(s) have a playlist assigned that includes Media. To confirm: go to Signage > Displays and check the playlist listed for the intended device.
Click the playlist name, then confirm Media is one of the screens included in it.
The video plays, but not for its full duration
The video is reaching the display but the duration is off. Find the associated media entry and check its duration:
Locate the media entry one of two ways:
From the event: open the event and go to Show on displays, or
From the Media module: go to Media, select All time from the dropdown, and search for the media title.
Confirm the Duration is set correctly in hh:mm:ss format.
The full media entry shows the duration alongside a green Media active on your displays indicator when everything is set correctly.
