This guide shows you how to add a Wellness Everywhere video class to your digital signage by creating it as an event from the Content Library. The process has three parts: pick the video from the library, attach it to a new event, and choose the displays it plays on.

Part 1: Find your video in the Content Library

  1. Go to the Events module and click Add Event.

  2. In the event window, click Add from Content Library.

  3. Select Wellness Everywhere as the content provider.

  4. Browse the library and find a video you'd like to show.

  5. Click the Quiltt button below the video's thumbnail. The button changes to Added to Quiltt, and the video appears in the list on the left.

  6. Select the video from the list on the left.

  7. Click Use selected content. The video's title populates the event form automatically.

Part 2: Set the displays

Important: A video won't appear on any screen until you tell Quiltt which displays should show it. Don't skip this step.

  1. On the event form, click Select Displays.

  2. Scroll down and set the following options:

    • Expand to occupy all available space on signage

    • Digital Signage

    • Show on selected displays — then click Select Displays and choose the display(s) in your community where the video should appear.

    • Play this media full screen with no sidebar on signage?

  3. Click Create. Your display settings are now attached to the event.

Part 3: Finish and publish the event

  1. Back on the event form, confirm the video is now shown.

  2. Complete the remaining event details:

    • End time

    • End date

    • Repeat cadence (if you want the class to recur)

  3. Click Create and Publish.

Your Wellness Everywhere class is now scheduled and will appear on the displays you selected.
