1. Upon successful login, navigate to the left-hand menu.
2. From the list of options, select Messages. This takes you to the Messages screen.

3. Here, all the messages are segregated into Pending and Sent categories. As soon as a message is sent, it is moved from Pending to Sent. By default, the pending category is displayed.
4. Clicking the three-dot icon from a message tile reveals a couple of options that include View Details and Resend Message.

5. Clicking the message title opens the details of the selected message.
